In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards and the transformation of consumption thinking mode,China's consumer financial market is experiencing a substantial expansion.The huge potential of the domestic consumer financial market has created unique conditions for the growth of small loan companies,and a large number of small loan companies have emerged.In the past ten years,China's small loan industry has experienced several ups and downs,played an important role in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and helping Inclusive Finance,and gradually became an indispensable part of the development of financial services,and also an important consideration for more consumers in choosing consumer financial service providers.China's small loan companies initially started in the offline mode,mainly through the establishment of stores in different cities and regions to rapidly expand their business.After that,with the rapid development of Internet and mobile Internet technology,the advantages of online marketing mode,such as low cost,quick effect,no regional restrictions,are gradually highlighted,and more and more favored by enterprises.All major enterprises have turned to the Internet for online operation.Along with the rise of Internet online operation,telemarketing has developed and expanded,but also exposed many problems: consumers' information is casually bought and sold,seriously leaked;telephone harassment;telephone fraud and so on.Consumer's resistance to the E-marketing industry has hindered the development of telemarketing business.The E-marketing Department has gradually changed from the original profit center to the loss center.But in the short term,in the online operation system,the E-marketing department does have its necessity.Therefore,how to improve the profitability of the E-marketing department and turn it from loss to profit has become the primary problem of the E-marketing departments of various enterprises.Taking the telemarketing Department of HC Company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of 7PS from the perspectives of personnel,products,channels and processes,and explores potential problems.Combined with the background of the Internet era and the artificial intelligence environment,it puts forward optimization strategies and carries out initial effect evaluation.The innovation of this paper lies in that,based on the research of domestic and foreign telemarketing research literature,it is found that there are many theories andanalysis of telemarketing,but there is little research on the optimization of telemarketing departments relying on big data based on Internet and artificial intelligence technology.Based on the actual situation and real data of the enterprise,this paper finds problems,analyzes problems,solves problems,and hopes to have reference significance for the operation of other enterprise's e-marketing department,and finally realizes the road of profitability,so as to seek more profit space for the affiliated enterprises.
