In the stage of big data network, the mobile value-added service becomes more and more incoming of service providers. With this development of China economy, people’s incoming improve so much and their requirements on value-added becomes different and specification now. And the traditional marketing and sells is not fit to the development of mobile value-added service. Therefore, establishing a new full marketing mode becomes key important. Editor designs a precision marketing system for the selling of mobile value-added service and the development of thoese services.The major function of this designed precision marketing system is as shown below:(1) Product management. Good product management will help service provider to development their business.(2) Customer segmentation. Customer segmentation can bring more potential customer into real customer and create revenue for service providers.(3) Customer consumption behavior analyzer and management. Through analyzing customer’s comsumption behavior, service providers can more clearly understand what is customer real needs and improve customer’s statisfication and create incoming.(4) Precision selling management. Precison marketing will reduce the selling cost for service provider and add revenue.(5) Visible and controllable management for intelligent pipeline. With the wide usage of the OTT service applications without charge, the data traffic of IP core network of service provider is so busy, the network cost will be more and more big. Therefore, how to make limited pipeline makes more value, Service provider has to carry out the pricise marketing system.
