With the continuous development of financial market,the competition between commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to improve business management,improve employee performance,and provide a platform for staff development,commercial banks begin to explore scientific performance management.Grass-roots employees shoulder the basic work of the bank,strengthen the performance management of grass-roots employees and establish a scientific performance management system,which will help commercial banks improve staff performance,improve organizational performance,improve management level,and realize their own professional development.Taking the basic staff of T branch of China Construction Bank as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of performance management of grass-roots staff at T branch of CCB by literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,and finds out the shortcomings of current performance management and analyses the reasons,combining the existing problems,and using the relevant theory of performance management to study the T points of CCB.Performance management of employees.First of all,this paper,based on the strategic objectives of the T branch of China Construction Bank and the comprehensive management orientation,decomposes the performance goals of the grass-roots organizations to the employees in each post,designs the performance plan for the employees,and uses the work analysis method and the experience summary method to set the key performance indicators for the grass-roots staff,and uses the weight factor judgment table to determine the key achievements.The weight of the effect index.Then according to the work content and job responsibilities of the grass-roots staff,the advice of the expert group is solicited,and the weight factor judgment table method is used to determine the evaluation body and weight of the grass-roots staff.According to the characteristics of the key performance indicators,the assessment method of the map scale is adopted.At the same time,performance communication,performance counseling,performance feedback and how to use performance results are studied in the process of performance management.Finally,this paper provides safeguard measures for the performance management of the T employees of the CCB branch from the aspects of performance management,enterprise culture,system and technology.The study of this paper has strong applicability and operability,which can promote the promotion of performance management theory and practice level of grass-roots staff at T branch of CCB,and can also provide a good reference for the implementation of performance management of other commercial banks at the grass-roots level.
