As a part of the service industry,the logistics industry has grown faster and faster with the rapid development of the service economy.In recent years,the relevant national policies have also increased support for the logistics service industry: for example,in 2014,the State Council issued the "Long-term and Long-term Plan for the Development of the Logistics Industry(2014?2020)";in 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party proposed that it should be strengthened "Logistics and other infrastructure network construction",etc.,these series of measures have enabled the logistics service economy to flourish.The development of the logistics industry has made the traditional product supply chain unable to meet the market demand.Taking service as the leading factor,combined with functional logistics service supply chains such as transportation,warehousing and distribution,it has complied with the market development and policy requirements of logistics.Third-party logistics also This rises.However,at present,many third-party logistics service companies in my country are transformed from enterprises with a single function and cannot meet the multi-faceted service needs of the market.The low service level,poor service quality and high service cost have affected the efficiency of logistics services and also restricted the development of logistics service supply chain in my country.Under the above background,this article starts from the research status of logistics service supply chain,combs the relevant problems in the logistics service industry in recent years,analyzes and summarizes the corresponding research,and finds that the current scholars have not formed a set of research on the quality management of logistics service supply chain.Scientific and complete system,so this article will make an in-depth exploration from this perspective.Secondly,using the principal-agent theory,abstract each participant in the logistics service supply chain,analyze the principal-agent relationship of all parties,and introduce multiple agents to consider the multiple relationships between agents,such as cooperation,competition and Neutralrelationship explores how to promote quality incentives in the logistics service supply chain on the basis of multiple agents.Then,on the premise of considering the complex relationship of multi-agents,the reputation influence factor is introduced to construct a principal-agent model of logistics service supply chain considering reputation effect.By comparing with the principal-agent model that does not consider the reputation effect,and the results of the constructed model are analyzed by MATLAB numerical simulation,the relevant conclusions are verified,and the corresponding research is proved to be scientific and reasonable.Finally,according to the current incentive situation of logistics service supply chain,combined with the research conclusion of this article,the corresponding incentive strategy is proposed.In summary,based on the principal-agent theory,this paper builds a principal-agent model between logistics service integrators and providers considering the reputation effect under the condition that there may be complex relationships between multiple logistics service providers.Solve it,and compare with the principal-agent model that does not consider reputation effect and numerical simulation analysis.After investigating the reputation effect,the influence of reputation influence factor on the effort level and incentive coefficient of the provider,as well as the effect of quality incentive on the entire logistics service supply chain.The results show that logistics service integrators provide quality incentives to providers from a reputation perspective,which not only effectively prevents the possibility of providers seeking opportunism,but also improves their own profits and the overall benefits of the logistics service supply chain.The logistics service supply chain model provides a reference for the development of China,and provides new solutions for the way out of the logistics industry in the era of service economy.
