Research On Decision And Revenue Of Remanufacturing Enterprises

In order to adapt to market changes and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,many entity manufacturing enterprises begin to adopt an environmentally friendly mode of production,i.e.,remanufacturing.With the increasing number of remanufacturing enterprises,the competition among remanufacturing enterprises is increasingly fierce.In this paper,we discuss the following problems related to remanufacturing enterprises: the problem of output decision in the game among remanufacturing enterprises,the problem of partner selection in the establishment and the problem of income distribution after the establishment of remanufacturing virtual enterprises of the supply chain.We divide the main research of this paper into two parts:In the first part,we study the problem of output decision in the game among remanufacturing enterprises.Firstly,we consider the change of market capacity at each stage and the different willingness of consumers to pay for new products and remanufactured products,and calculate the revenue function of remanufacturing enterprises at each stage.We construct the multi-stage multi-oligopoly game model among remanufacturing enterprises.We prove the multi-oligopoly game among remanufacturing enterprises at each stage is continuous exact potential game,and obtain the potential function by backward method.Secondly,we find the Nash equilibrium of the above continuous exact potential game,which is just the output of new products and remanufactured products when the multi-oligopoly game among remanufacturing enterprises at each stage is in equilibrium.Furthermore,we obtain the output decision of remanufacturing enterprises.Finally,we verify the output decision through example analysis.In the second part,we study the problem of partner selection in the establishment and the problem of income distribution after the establishment of remanufacturing virtual enterprises of the supply chain.Firstly,for the problem of partner selection,we construct the game model of two remanufacturing virtual enterprises and obtain the income expression of remanufacturing virtual enterprises.We get the condition that the income is not negative by calculating the income expression,and give the criteria for selecting a reasonable partner in the establishment of remanufacturing virtual enterprises.Secondly,for the problem of income distribution,we take the production cost of unit remanufactured product as the influencing factor of income distribution.We combine Nash negotiation theory to construct the income distribution model of remanufacturing virtual enterprises.Finally,we verify the criteria of partner selection and the income distribution model through example analysis.
