Research On Income Distribution Of Virtual Enterprise

Virtual Enterprise is a dynamic alliance which consists of a number of member enterprises based on internet,and it is a new form of enterprise organization. The ultimate goal of virtual enterprise's members is to seek the maximization of income distribution, so a reasonable way of it is the basis of operation and development of virtual enterprise. This thesis analyzes the current status of income distribution of virtual enterprise, and it also studies the way of income distribution of virtual enterprise intensively. It tries to achieve its optimization and hopes that it can give some help to income distribution management of virtual enterprise.This thesis introduces the definition, characteristics, types, life cycle, organization systems and financial management systems of virtual enterprise. It analyzes elements of income distribution and principles of virtual enterprise deeply .And it also puts forward the income distribution basic model of virtual enterprise based on the Nash theory, improves basic model with the use of secondary distribution method and dynamic programming, which can achieve Pareto optimization. It proposes income distribution model of virtual enterprise under the change of partnership. Last it applies income distribution of virtual enterprise improved to Shenyang High-pressure Pump Company, and the empirical analysis proves the validity of the model.
