With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for vegetables has changed from ensuring supply to ensuring food safety,and the quality and safety of vegetables has attracted great attention of consumers.However,in the current vegetable production,there are still producers relying on the unreasonable use of chemical pesticides to improve vegetable production.In the process of production and sales,there are incidents of pesticide residues detected in vegetables.It is of great significance to strengthen the supervision of vegetable production,improve the quality and safety level of vegetables,ensure the health of the people,and promote the sustainable development of agricultural health.This paper expounds the current situation of vegetable quality and safety at home and abroad from the aspects of vegetable quality and safety management,vegetable quality and safety standards,vegetable quality and safety laws and regulations,vegetable quality and safety inspection and testing,vegetable quality and safety certification,and analyzes the environmental safety management,input supervision,agricultural standardized production,origin registration and traceability management,vegetable quality and safety Through the combination of field investigation and experimental detection,140 vegetable samples were randomly selected to analyze the residues of organophosphorus pesticides,pyrethroid pesticide and heavy metal in vegetables The results showed that: 1.Pesticide residues.(1)There are different levels of pesticide residues in vegetables.(2)The detection rate of green leafy vegetables is relatively high.(3)The detection rate of pesticide residues in vegetables planted by farmers is the highest,and the number of pesticide residues exceeding the standard is the most.2.Heavy metal residues.Lead and cadmium were not detected in the vegetable samples,and chromium was detected,but the content was in line with the national limit standard.Finally,this paper expounds the current situation of vegetable quality and safety in Fuqing City,analyzes the existing problems in the production environment,agricultural inputs,standardization of vegetable production,etc.,and puts forward eight aspects of strengthening the supervision of vegetable quality and safety from the aspects of production safety management,source control,monitoring and early warning,source coding,law enforcement supervision,publicity,team building,emergency management,etc Specific measures.
