The Safe Situation And The Control Countermeasures Of Pollution-Free Vegetables And Tea In Wenzhou

Since "The Plan of Pollution-Free Food Activity" put into practice by the Ministry of Agriculture from 2001, the safe level in quality of farm products of Wenzhou has experienced a significant incerase process. Monitoring Group of Safe farm products, Safe farm products Certification Board has set up, and "Plan of Safe farm products Activity" has started, Promulgated the《Development Plan of Wenzhou Safe farm products》and achieved a lots, generally in the following three parts:1. Standard System of Agriculture has begun to take shape; 2. Monitor System of farm products has set up 3. Quality Certification of farm products has launched.Analysising the present conditions, in the process of Pollution-free farm products still exists unsuitable problems,includes but not limited to:poor coordination between managemnet departments, abnormal relationship between the lower unit and their supervisors; inadequate investment in inspection agencies, duplicate construction, out-dated testing equipments,testinglevel nont suitable for the requiremenets of international trade; lack of operability of laws and regulatins, weak punishment enforcemenet; imperfect standard system; cerfification system on farm products being in small scale, unbalanced participating subjects and etc.This paper gives priority to vegetables and tea. It illuminate the safe situation of agricultural products in respcet of substance data from examining. From the data of pass rate of different years, differnts kinds, different seasons, different sampling point and the frequency of exceeding pesticide and exceeding heavy metal in vegetable,fruit and tea separately to analyze the present situation of farm products in Wenzhou. We drew the following conclusions:1. The safety of farm products is stable and the pass rate rise year by year; 2. Agricultural products from agricultural base is more safer than that of wholesale market and individual farmers; 3. Root vegetables>solanaceous fruit vegetable>melon vegetables> bean vegetable> leafy vegetables in pass rate; 4. Organophosphate pesticides and Pyrethroid pesticides are used quite frquently and the farmer lack of the consciousness of safe using of pesticide; 5. The pollution of heavy metal is aggravating; 6. The standard system of the detection of agricultural products is imperfect.According to the problems mentioned above, the writer propose technological measures and proposals in management:1.Technical improvement for pollution-free vegetables and tea; 2. Develop practical agricultural standardization system for Wenzhou; 3. Strengthen supervision on Pollution-free base and Circulation field; 4. Strengthen the management of agricultural inputs; 5. Perfecting certification system of Pollution-free agricultural products,Green agricultural products and Organic agricultural products; 6. Perfect the quality safety of agricultural products and supervise the system of measuring; 7. To establish traceable system of agricultural products, Strengthen prevention-oriented inspection.
