As an essential ingredient of national life, fresh food occupies a large demand market in China, and its market circulation requires cold-chain distribution. So how to fulfill the distribution of fresh food cold-chain logistics is the common concern of both enterprises and consumers.Gernerally speaking,Enterprises attach importance to the cost and benefits of the network, and customers pay attention to the delivery time and quality of products. As the key node of the entire distribution network, the distribution center is an important upstream and downstream hub of the supply chain. The scientific and reasonable decisions on the location selection of fresh food distribution centers play a key role in the distribution of cold-chain logistics. This paper summarizes relevant literature on the location selection of cold-chain logistics distribution centers, sorts out theoretical knowledge about fresh food,cold-chain logistics, distribution center location, etc.and builds customers time satisfiction function by combining the delivery time issues which consumers in the fresh market pay attention to,based on the real situation where different customers are different for the enterprises, introduces the concept of customer value, and establishes a customer value index evaluation system,by using qualitative and quantitative methods to calculate customer value weights, thus establishing a site selection decision considering customer time satisfaction and value weight.Based on the characteristics of cold-chain logistics, the cost composition of cold-chain distribution was analyzed.By deriving the freshness function of fresh foods, the impact of freshness decline on customer demand is described. And a location cost model including fixed cost, cargo damage cost, transportation cost and energy cost was established, then gets a multi-objective location model of distribution center considering customer's time satisfaction and value weight. The multi-objective model can not only obtain the location of the distribution center, but also determine the mapping relationship between the supply point, distribution center and demand point. And the model is solved by using NSGA-II through Matlab software.Combined with the case study of enterprise S,the results of location under the multi-objective model and the single-objective model with cost consideration are given respectively.Analysing the results of different locations, the data shows that increasing customer time satisfaction requires more cost investment, and the increase in target decision-making in the location problem will also increase costs. The multi-objective location decision considering customer's time satisfaction and value weight is compared with the single-objective model considering cost only. The former's cost investment is 9.56% higher than the latter's investment, but the corresponding customer's time satisfaction is increased by 17.06%.From a long-term perspective, the multi-objective location model is more conducive to the rational allocation of corporate resources and helpful for the enterprise's long-term development.Further shows that the research in this paper has feasibility and practical value.
