In recent years,with the rapid development of the global economy,China's Internet enterprises are playing an increasingly prominent role in economic development,and at the same time,they are attracting the attention of people all over the world.However,with the development of the era's diversification and the rapid reform of the economic system,many Internet enterprises have been gradually off the track of normal development.The problem of many Internet enterprises lies in the lagging management,and the existing management level cannot meet the pace of rapid development of the company.Therefore,a scientific performance appraisal system can stimulate employees' potential and work enthusiasm,effectively promote the optimization of labor costs,and must pay attention to the role of improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.Whether performance appraisal can be effectively implemented is also the key to success in market competition.It is one of the important contents for the overall development of Internet enterprises and the promotion of efficiency.Therefore,the study of performance appraisal is of great significance to the human resource management of enterprises.SD company is a small and medium-sized Internet enterprise.There are also many problems in the performance appraisal process,and the incentive effect is not obvious.Therefore,the performance appraisal system of SD company needs to be further optimized.This paper takes the staff performance appraisal system of SD company as the research object,takes the domestic and foreign performance appraisal research theory as the guidance,and conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of the company's performance appraisal by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.Through the design of the questionnaire survey,and the results of statistics and analysis,found that the current staff performance appraisal system has many problems.According to these problems in-depth analysis to find out the reasons and corresponding assessment system optimization design.The author chose to combine BSC(balanced Scorecard)and KPI(Key Performance Indicators)to optimize the performance assessment indicators of SD employees,and decomposed the indicators from company level to department level to grass-roots staff positions,and finally determined some of the key performance indicators.In addition,the company's performance assessment process,application of assessment results and communication in the assessment process were optimized respectively.Finally,it puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to lay the foundation for the enterprise to realize the goal of benefit maximization.Through this in-depth study,the author combined with a variety of theoretical knowledge,data analysis of the enterprise,put forward questions and targeted optimization design,so that the PERFORMANCE assessment of SD company can be improved to a certain extent.It is hoped that more small and medium-sized Internet enterprises can attach importance to performance appraisal management.The research results and research process of this paper can provide certain reference and value for this type of enterprises.
