With the gradual formation of China's socialist market economy and the deepening of human resource management reform,labor dispatch is a method to reduce labor costs and improve labor efficiency and flexibility,which has been adopted by many enterprises.But everything has two sides.Although this method of employment can help Internet companies reduce costs,it also brings some problems,such as insufficient employee motivation,lack of belonging and information leakage.As the research object of this article,Hangzhou C Company is an Internet financial company,and the labor dispatched employees are concentrated in technical positions.This article first introduces the development history,research status,and current laws and regulations of labor dispatching at home and abroad,and then elaborate on the problem of "poor enthusiasm and lack of belonging" in the management of labor dispatching employees of Company C.The interview investigation method explores the causes of these problems,and then draws the following conclusions: ? Company C and labor dispatch agencies have no management system in terms of career planning,job training,promotion channels,etc.for labor dispatched employees;?
