With the improvement of people's spiritual and cultural needs and the increase in entertainment spending power,the state has put forward opinions on industrial transformation and upgrading of the cultural and entertainment industry.Hualuoyuan,as a cultural and entertainment brand owned by Hualu Leying,has undergone initial exploration and rapid growth in the past two years.Currently,it has achieved significant development as a whole,but as a new company that has just entered the culture and entertainment industry,it is transformed and upgraded in the entire industry.At present,it also faces many problems that need to be solved to restrict development and affect the development plan of enterprises,such as talents,management,management,and marketing models.Only by solving these problems will it be possible for Hualuo Land to develop in a comprehensive and fast-growing culture and entertainment industry.Occupy the market in China and fully enhance the corporate position.Indoor entertainment is the main project in the current culture and entertainment industry,which is easy to develop,easy to expand,and highly accepted by the people.It is currently a field of strong competition among various companies.Hualuo Paradise is also a key operating project of Beijing Hualu Leying Technology Co.,Ltd.At the time of the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the culture and entertainment industry,the development strategy of the indoor entertainment business is targeted for comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research,which has strong practical significance and practical value for the company's further growth.As an economic and populous province,Shandong Province regards the development strategy of indoor entertainment business in Shandong as a specific research object,and has important empirical significance and reference value for the company's operations nationwide.This paper takes the business development strategy of Hualuo Park in Shandong as the research object,and comprehensively applies the research tools such as Porter's five force model,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,etc.,aiming at the transformation and upgrading policy of cultural and entertainment industries,social and economic environment,and industrial environment in the current country.The analysis of the national identity and spending power as well as the development status and trends of major competitors in the industry have identified four external opportunities,including the introduction of policies by the state to support the cultural industry and the increase in consumer demand for cultural and entertainment consumption.The industry is fiercely competitive and staff recruitment.There are seven external threats such as difficulties and rising labor costs.They have four internal advantages such as a complete and standardized operating system and manual,and the internal advantages of having a unified brand mark of Hualu Group,narrow promotion channels for employees,and unreasonable structure of store organizations.Through the comparison and comparison of the above four aspects,the company determined the medium and short-term and long-term development goals and strategic choices of the enterprise,further clarified the overall strategy and basic competition strategy,and detailedly described the various functional strategies,and from the short-term and long-term perspectives,Transformation model,human resources,group The five aspects of structure,improvement of management level,and improvement of business capabilities put forward specific safeguard measures for the overall strategy implementation stage to ensure that Hualuoyuan(Shandong District)can seize the opportunities of the industry,occupy an active position,give full play to its advantages,and realize the industry.The leader's strategic goals,and provide reference value for the transformation and development of other indoor entertainment industry.
