The real estate industry is the pillar industries for the economic construction and development in China.In recent years,the housing price has been rising rapidly,and the state has successively issued a series of policies to regulate the housing price,so as to ensure the stable development of the real estate industry.At present,the real estate industry is confronted with a more complicated environment,and the strong national regulation policies continue to tighten,which brings great challenges to the development of the whole industry.Under the background of strategic transformation,the analysis on the real estate industry can provide theoretical guidance and reference suggestions on the effective management of enterprises,and is of great significance and value to guarantee the stability of the whole real estate industry and the national economy.Currently,the real estate industry has stepped into the new stage of large enterprises,major projects,appreciate industries and value operation,and the research object of Greenland Group in this paper is currently expanding the five major platforms besides the main business of the real estate industry: large infrastructure,big finance,massive consumption,health and safety and technological innovation.Whether issuch a diversified strategic transformation beneficial to the sustainable development of the Group? In this paper,through the research on financial data of Greenland Group,the advantages and disadvantages of the Group in the process of management will be analyzed,and targeted suggestions for improvement will be proposed.The highly representative Greenland Group in the real estate industry is selected as the research object in this paper,and the research approach of Harvard Framework is applied to conduct research and analysis on the financial data of Greenland Group.Firstly,based on the Harvard Framework,the strategic analysis on the Greenland Group is conducted,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the Group are analyzed,and the current opportunities and threats of the Group are analyzed in combination with the external environment;Secondly,on the basis of identifying and analyzing the accounting policies and accounting estimates of the Group,the financial analysis on the Greenland Group is carried out from financial efficiency,financial statements and other dimensions.Meanwhile,the comparative analysis on the relevant financial indexes of other competitive enterprises in the industry is carried out,the financial condition of Greenland Group is deeply understood,and the comprehensive evaluation on the Group is made in combination with relevant strategic decisions;Finally,through integrating the results of strategic,accounting and financial analyses,the problems ofthe Group in operation and financial management are found and the solutions are put forward.In the meantime,the gap between the Greenland Group and other enterprises in the same industry is sought,and positive suggestions for improvement are put forward according to the differences,so as to help the Group achieve long-term goals.
