| "Intelligent tourism" is a high-frequency word frequently appearing in the government work report related to tourism in recent years,and it plays an important role in the development of the tourism industry in the process of promoting it.There is rich folk culture,rich cultural heritage and beautiful natural scenery in Qingyanguzhen,which has attracted more and more tourists.However,with the continuous development of the tourism industry and the continuous upgrading of tourism products,it has been difficult for existing the services quality of tourism in Qingyanguzhen to meet the need of tourists.Therefore,that how to rely on the advantaged geographical advantage and closely around the strategy of "intelligent tourism cloud-Qingyanguzhen demonstration zone" proposed by the provincial government and the municipal government improve the environment for tourists and combined with their own actual situation and enhance service work of the scenic spots with new technologies and new methods in order to be the leader of Guizhou in the building and usage of the intelligent tourism service which is the research direction and research focus in the article.This paper is divided into six chapters,the research process to enhance the services quality of tourism in Qingyanguzhen in the background of the smart city is introduced mainly from the following aspects.First of all,through the research on the background and significance in this text,research methods are used to integrate the current research result,on this basis of which to build the framework of the research.Secondly,through the related literature at home and abroad,theoretical basis and technical support are provided for the development of tourism service in Qing yan in the background of intelligent tourism.Thirdly,through the field investigation and the data analysis,the situation and the status of tourism service in Qing yan are systematically analyzed.And the existing problems in the process of tourism service are pointed out.And combined with the problems arising from this scenic tourism,the relationship between scenic intelligent tourism and the development of tourism service is introduced,to provide a basis of policy and the development direction for the improvement of the scenic tourist service.Fourth,the current situation of using the intelligent tourism to promote the services quality of tourism in qingyan is analyzed problems and restricting factors in the intelligent tourism services in Qingyan are founded.in order to provide targeted comments and suggestions for the next step for using the intelligent tourism to promote tourism service.Fifth,the combating previous contents that how to enhance the services quality of tourism through construction of the intelligent tourism,when smart cities are constructed is put forward.Finally,the research result in the paper is summarized,and the innovation in the paper is pointed out.At the same time,I hope that through the research result in the paper,reference can be provided for developing intelligent tourism in other scenic areas to promote the development of tourism industry in Guizhou province. |
