| With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous increase of national income,the consumption concept of residents is also changing day by day.As a large country of garment production and export,garment market in China has a broad development prospect.But at the same time with the entry of foreign clothing enterprises and network new clothing brands,and China’s traditional clothing enterprises to form a tripartite competition.As the first domestic a-share and h-share listed clothing company,La chapelle has been widely followed.However,its annual report in 2018 showed a sharp drop in net profit,and its forecast in 2019 also showed a net profit loss,so it is likely to be delist-listed.To explore the deep reasons for the performance loss of La chapelle is not only helpful to the company,but also useful for the domestic traditional clothing enterprises.This paper selects the financial information of La chapelle from 2016 to 2018 as the research object and makes a comprehensive analysis with the help of Harvard Analytical Framework.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant research progress,basic theories and basic analysis methods of financial analysis,and makes a comparative analysis between Harvard Analytical Framework and the traditional financial analysis methods to study the characteristics of different analysis methods.Secondly,this paper summarizes the basic situation of La chapelle,and finds that its current operating difficulties and serious performance decline.Then,based on Harvard Analytical Framework,the financial information of La chapelle from 2016 to 2018 is analyzed.PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis model are used for strategic analysis.At the accounting level,I understand the key accounting policies and accounting estimates of La chapelle,and then select accounting items with significant impact for in-depth analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial analysis.At the level of financial analysis,the selected financial data are compared horizontally and vertically to explore the current problems in their financial situation.After the first three aspects of the analysis,and then carry out the prospect forecast,to explore the development prospects and direction of La chapelle company.Finally,according to the analysis results of Harvard Analytical Framework,the development problems of La chapelle are obtained and feasible suggestions are put forward. |
