Since the reform and opening up,China’s photoelectric lighting industry has developed rapidly.The "19th National Congress" advocates the concept of low-carbon life and builds a strategic idea for green and low-carbon circular development.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for the semiconductor lighting industry further clarified the concept of green energy conservation and aimed to promote the development of domestic lighting companies in the direction of intelligence,green,energy conservation and efficiency.As a national high-tech industry,Xuelaite has always adhered to the business concept that "quality originates from science and technology,and science and technology originates from talents",and gradually formed two major business sectors: "Light Technology Application" and "New Energy Vehicle Parts".The two major sectors will usher in explosive development.However,with the Advancement of the company’s diversification and integration strategy,the company has experienced financial problems such as shortage of funds.The Harvard analytical framework is a qualitative leap formed on the basis of the traditional financial analysis theory.At the same time,the company is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated from the perspectives of prospect,finance,accounting and strategy.Ability to obtain a more complete picture of key information such as the company’s performance and financial situation.On the basis of reading and collating a large number of documents,this paper summarizes and combs the relevant research theories at home and abroad,focuses on the Harvard analysis framework,and takes Xuelaite as a case study object,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Analyzing the political,legal,economic,sociocultural and technical environment in which Xuelaite is located in the lighting industry,combining Xuelaite’s accounting policies with key accounting subjects,removing the influence of interfering factors on accounting information,and selecting Xuelaite’s financial statement data from 2013 to 2017,The company’s strategic choices,accounting policies,and report information are analyzed from all angles,and Xuelaite’s business results and financial conditions are evaluated objectively and fairly,and Xuelaite’s financial status and reasons for changes are emphasized.At the same time,five listed companies with strong counterparts and general lighting companies were selected to conduct horizontal comparisons with Xuelaite.The aim is to objectively and fairly evaluate the company’s financial and operational level,and provide new ideas for the company’s future development from the aspects of strategic step,financial analysis system and cost control.
