Compensation management is an important part of human resource management system,The top management and employees are very concerned about issues related to compensation management,The basis of compensation management is the design of compensation system.Talents are the core strategic capital of enterprises,which can promote the continuous innovation of enterprises and maintain the healthy development of enterprises.In the core competitiveness of the industry market,a scientific and reasonable compensation system can lay a solid foundation for effective compensation management.It can not only promote the optimal allocation and rational utilization of human resources,but also improve the allocation efficiency of human resources and the work efficiency of employees,attract and retain more talents through the incentive mechanism,establish a talent highland for the enterprise,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable compensation system is crucial to the survival and development of the industry.This article first analyzes the L the present situation of the company's R&D staff salary payment system,through the way of questionnaire survey and random interviews,found that L company R&D staff salary reward system: the main problems in bonus payments and R&D staff expectations out of proportion,lack to stabilize the welfare of the developers work in peace and security measures,L company research and development personnel salary compensation system lack of fairness.Then,throughthe optimization of external compensation and internal compensation design,R&D staff compensation system in L company was optimized and designed.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the new remuneration system for R&D personnel of L company from six aspects,such as good publicity,smooth communication channels,dynamic supervision,sound performance appraisal system,improved management level and good relations between all parties.It is expected to solve the existing problems in the compensation system of R&D personnel in L company,and provide certain reference for the optimization and improvement of the compensation system of R&D personnel in other enterprises.
