In recent years,the development of the global tire industry has entered a new stage of fierce competition,strict environmental inspection and lower profits.In this industry stage,the international oil price fluctuated drastically,and the global overcapacity of butyl rubber,more and more competitors,brought huge impact and more challenges to the butyl rubber market.The research object of this paper is medium-sized chemical enterprise A company,which was established in 2008.Its main business is the research and development and production of butyl rubber related products and their by-products.In recent years,the company's operating income and net profit have grown steadily,and the scale of the company has gradually expanded,accumulating a certain degree of risk resistance.However,at the same time of rapid development,in the downward pressure of the industry,fierce competition between domestic and foreign companies in the same industry,and complex environment of unstable raw material supply,enterprises are faced with many challenges such as strategic adjustment,innovation transformation,and profit maintenance.The national sustainable development strategy ensures the marketing,technology development,structural adjustment,and human resources development strategies of the overall development and development strategy of the enterprise,and comprehensively refines the research,analysis,formulation,implementation and control of the development strategy.Management,with the new corporate strategy to guide the production and operation activities of the entire enterprise,so as to continuously enhance the company's ability to resist risks and obtain the maximum benefits in the future market competition.This paper summarizes the theory of strategic management,enterprise development strategy and so on.By using the methods of literature,interview and case analysis,PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model,the paper analyses the industry in which the company is located,and formulates a differentiation strategy suitable for its own development.The main contents can be divided into seven parts: Firstly,the background,purpose,content and significance of this study are summarized,and the related literature at home and abroad is deeply studied,which lays a foundation for the research of this paper.Then,it makes a thorough study of enterprise strategy,competitive strategy and basic competitive strategy types,and deeply analyses the use of PEST analysis method,five-force model analysis method,SWOT analysis method and other related theoretical tools.Thirdly,on the basis of understanding the general situation of the company,the internal resources of the company are analyzed,and the internal factors(IFE)evaluation matrix is analyzed,which clarifies the strengths and weaknesses of the company.Then,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the company's macro environment and industry environment,and the external factors evaluation matrix is analyzed to find out the external opportunities and threats faced by the company's development.Then the strategic choice of A company is made.Firstly,the SWOT analysis of butyl rubber products of A company is carried out,and then the strategic orientation and objectives of A company are defined.On the basis of the basic strategic feasibility analysis,based on the strategic choice of QSPM matrix,the implementation suggestions of differentiated competition strategy are put forward from the aspects of product,price,service and marketing.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the business strategy of Butyl Rubber in Company A,including strengthening the concept of strategic management,strengthening the construction of team culture,improving the welfare benefits of employees,improving the salary treatment of employees,and optimizing the performance appraisal system of the company.Through the research in this paper,we can choose the strategic direction suitable for the butyl rubber business of Company A,and put forward specific strategic implementation plan,so as to establish an effective rubber business market strategy for the butyl rubber business of Company A,and make some efforts to cultivate sustainable competitive advantage for the butyl rubber business of Company A.
