A Study On The Relationship Between Network Embedded And Innovation Performance Of Enterprise

In the era of network economy,with the complexity and uncertainty of social and economic environment increases,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,innovation which has become the important way for the enterprise to maintain the vitality and improve the competitive advantage gradually.Innovation performance requires multiple enterprises to work together,this requires that companies must break its own boundaries,through different forms of network embeddedness,so that enterprises have broader strategic choices and more opportunities for innovation.Network embeddedness as a static structure is an important tool for innovation,represents the quantity of company access to resources and knowledge from the outside.This study is based on the perspective of network embeddedness and network capability to explore the level of innovative performance,The three variables of network embeddedness,network capability and innovation performance are unified into a theoretical framework,and the conceptual model of the relationship between the three is established.First,starting from the two dimensions of the network structure embedded and the network relationship embedded to study their impact on the corporate innovation performance respectively;Secondly,from the network vision,network construction capabilities,relationship combination ability and relationship management ability respectively to study their regulating action on the relationship between network embeddedness and innovation performance.And this study used questionnaire to obtain research data,a total of 300 questionnaires were conducted a survey of senior management in the enterprise,the results of which are as follows:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between network embeddedness and innovation performance,and proves that both network embeddedness and network structure embeddedness and innovation performance significant positive correlation relationship between the network capability;(2)The positive regulation of network embeddedness and innovation performance,further proved that the network vision and network construction are positive regulation between network embeddedness and innovation performance.The enterprise network vision capability is stronger,it is more easily to perceive the existing external network opportunities from the strategic level,in the premise of extensive network embeddedness,identifying more high quality partners to promote enterprise innovation performance;network construction capacity is strong,the enterprise can achieve the smooth development of the network relationship and maintenance.The conclusion is not only helpful to scholars and practitioners to understand more deeply the relationship of network embedded,capacity and innovation performance,but also to enhance the ability of the network to promote the improvement of innovation performance to provide the inspiration for the enterprise.
