In the era of open innovation, network embeddedness, which obtains more resources and capital, provides new ideas for solving current innovation problems, has attracted the common attention of academics and management. With the development of relevant academic research, its connotation, measurement methods, influence mechanisms are being constantly explained. In workplaces, the awareness of the importance of network embeddedness is also gradually deepening, more and more measures are designed and implemented to achieve diversified network embedding and the optimal level of multiple network embedding,so as to achieve maximize innovative benefits.According to the literature review,it can be found that current researches have discussed the definition, measurement methods, influencing factors, and outcomes of network embeddedness, however,we still find some research gaps, for example, the effect and mechanism of multiple network embeddedness on innovation performance are still controversial;some studies have shown that dynamic capabilities play a mediating role between network embeddedness and innovation performance, but few scholars have explored the differences between the mediating effects of different dimensions of dynamic capabilities,as well as the conversion path in it.Based on the gaps of the existing research,we put forward the research question, how the multiple network embeddedness affect the innovation performance by influencing the dynamic capabilities.Based on network embedding theory and dynamic capability theory, following the logic of “resource-capability-performance” framework, the research constructs a theory model to explore the influence mechanism of knowledge network embeddedness and collaborative network embeddedness on innovation performance, and to discuss the mediating role of different dimensions of dynamic capabilities(opportunity-recognizing capability and opportunity-exploiting capability). The two-stage questionnaire data of 251 leader-member matching survey in innovative teams was used to verify the relationship between variables. The results showed that:(1)knowledge network embeddedness and collaborative network embeddedness both have an inverted U effect on team innovation performance;(2)opportunity-recognizing capability mediates the inverted U relationship between knowledge network embeddedness and team innovation performance, while it mediates the positive relationship between collaborative network embeddedness and team innovation performance;(3)opportunity-exploiting capability mediates the inverted U relationship between both knowledge network embeddedness and collaborative network embeddedness on team innovation performance respectively;(4)both knowledge network embeddedness andcollaborative network embeddedness have effects on team innovation performance through the chain mediating effect of opportunity-recognizing capability and opportunity-exploiting capability.Compared with previous researches, the innovative contributions of this study reside in the following aspects: First of all, chose knowledge network embeddedness and collaborative network embeddedness,to explore the differentiating effects of different types of network embeddedness on team innovation performance, which would help to supplement and enrich the research of mechanism of network embeddedness on team innovation performance. In the second place, the different dimensions of dynamic capabilities were considered as continuous and interrelated organizational phenomena,to deeply explore the mechanism of dynamic capabilities in it.Last but not the least, verified whether the process of network embeddedness on innovation performance follows the “resource-capability-performance” framework.Through the research,it provides guidance for the management practice of innovative teams.
