Study On The Quality Control Process Of The Chinese Herbal Medicine Pretreatment Production Line Reconstruction

Project management is the process of achieving the desired results in the most efficient way possible.Project management emphasizes the expected outcome,but attaches more importance to the whole process formed to achieve the result.In the implementation process of the whole project management,In order to achieve the desired objectives,it is often necessary to promote the achievement of project management objectives by making full use of a variety of modern management measures,developing a project management programme and a management culture,and ensuring that project management is under control.Therefore,to ensure that the project construction can be completed at the highest level,the project quality control needs to be more scientific and effective planning,implementation and supervision and improvement.Therefore,the idea of total quality management is adopted as the theoretical basis and guiding ideology of the quality control implementation of the project.This study focused on the technical renovation project of the newly-added large-variety pre-treatment production line of Chinese patent medicines,in order to carry out research,and the tools of project management were used to carry out reasonable and maximum optimization of resources in combination with the requirements of the food and drug administration on the clean workshop of drug manufacturers.This article from the perspective of enterprise project management,by adopting the method of total quality management of production line technological transformation projects,use of man,machine,material,method,ring analysis,find out the problems existing in the project management using the fishbone diagram,causal analysis,find out the cause of the problem is put forward and pdca management cycle is used to optimize the problems existing in the production line technological transformation project,and from the system guarantee,quality assurance,incentive mechanism and so on improvement for the quality control in the process of project management.In this paper,three research methods are selected,which are literature research method,case study method and field investigation method,and these three methods are used to describe the technical transformation project of the production line of the new large variety of Chinese patent medicine in guangzhou bysxz company from 7 aspects.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the project,expounds the research status of project quality management at home and abroad,and the research methods of thepaper.The second part discusses the general situation of the quality management of the transformation project of the traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment production line,which lays a good foundation for the construction of the next part of the quality control system.Before the third part of Chinese traditional medicine processing production line reconstruction project quality system construction,it has made the instructions how to build the quality system,the sixth part respectively to the project construction preparation,construction process and completion of the acceptance of quality control do you have a detailed analysis,and discover the existing problems and puts forward the analysis of the problem and improve the train of thought.The seventh part is the optimization measures of the quality control of the transformation project of the traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment production line.It improves the project quality management countermeasures and proposes specific optimization measures through the aspects of system guarantee,quality assurance and incentive mechanism.
