Study On The Quality Control Optimization Strategy And Measures In W Group Co.

Abstract:More than30years economic reform and opening, there spring up large numbers of the corporation in China when our country implements the strategy of "collectivization" from year1993. However, the real situation here is just forming the "corporation" structure, how to come true the corporation control is a challenge question nowadays. Many quality events cause domestic scholars to think about how to build up the quality control system in group co., how to form the quality control ability in group co. etc.Now we are doing the research to W group co. that is the medium-sized manufacturing enterprise integrating of one-stop service in R&D, manufacture, marketing for electronic information products. The main objective is how to improve the quality control ability in W group co. by a series of quality control measures.Firstly, we do a brief introduction on related theories in this article, including Internal Corporate Control Theory, Quality Management Theory, Enterprise Standardized Theory etc. Define the concept to group co., quality, quality control etc, and determine the scope of the study. Then we take W group co. as the example and describe its basic quality control status, analyze the corporation’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on quality control deeply by SWOT analysis tool. Finally, we find5questions that W group co. has to solve urgently:1, lacking of basis environment for quality control in group corporation;2, lacking of uniform standards and serious distortion for quality information in group corporation;3, lacking of systematic training mechanism for quality in group corporation;4, lacking of reasonable performance management mechanism in group corporation;5, lacking of the collectivization QCS certificate in group corporation. According to the selection principles of group corporation quality control measures, we work out5countermeasures:1, improve the internal environment for quality control;2, implement the quality information control;3, reinforce the quality control training;4, implement the performance management control;5, implement the QCS integrated construction. Of course, there will describe the specific implementation process in details for the above5countermeasures respectively.This article tells how to implement the quality control in W group co., and the5specific control measures will work as a guiding role to its quality control.
