On the occasion of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the socialist China,which stood up to become rich and strong,has gradually become the focus of the world and has become an indispensable economic entity in the globalization of the world.As the blood of the national economy,the enterprise economy needs to operate quickly and efficiently.Small and medium-sized enterprises are the key targets of the state.Small and medium-sized enterprises account for a growing proportion of the market,and while promoting China's economic growth,competition is also fierce.Small and medium-sized enterprises not only face international competition,but also face the challenges of domestic survival pressure.The problems of capital,equipment,technology and management level have spurred rapid development.How to use organizational dual innovation to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a management The key issue.Leadership behavior is a critical factor in the process of corporate innovation activities.As an important research content in the field of leadership science,self-management has attracted more and more attention from the business community and academia.This study uses the theory of social information processing to lead the self-management mechanism to the ambidextrous innovation mechanism of the organization as the main line of research,and will determine “self-management”,“organizational ambidextrous innovation”,“executive team learning behavior” and “entrepreneurial orientation”.For the four research variables in this study,according to the existing research,it is proposed that “the relationship between executive team management behavior and leadership self-management and organizational ambidextrous innovation”,“organizational entrepreneurship-oriented adjustment of leadership self-management,executive team” The research hypothesis of the relationship between learning behavior and organizational dual innovation,and the construction of theoretical research models.The valid sample of the survey was 136 small and medium-sized enterprises,including 136 leadership questionnaires and 595 corporate executive team member questionnaires paired with them.This study has obtained the following conclusions through the main effect test,the mediation effect test,the adjustment effect test and the median regulatory effect test:leadership self-management has a significant positive impact on enterprise exploratory innovation;leadership self-management has significant impact on enterprise use-type innovation Positive influence;leadership self-management significantly positively affects executive team learning behavior;corporate entrepreneurship orientation positively affects executive team learning behavior;executive team learning behavior significantly positively affects enterprise exploratory innovation;executive team learning behavior is significant Influencing enterprises to use innovation;executive team learning behavior plays a full intermediary role in the relationship between leadership self-management and enterprise exploratory innovation;executive team learning behavior plays a part in the relationship between leadership self-management and enterprise utilization innovation Intermediary role;enterprise entrepreneurship orientation regulates the positive relationship between leadership self-management and executive team learning behavior.Specifically,the interaction between leadership self-management and entrepreneurial orientation will promote the executive team's learning behavior;enterprise entrepreneurship orientation will regulate the positive influence of leadership self-management and executive team learning behavior,and then promote enterprise-exploratory innovation.That is to say,the higher the entrepreneurial orientation of the enterprise,the stronger the indirect effect of the executive team's learning behavior in the leadership self-management and enterprise exploration-style innovation.In response to the research conclusions,this study gives the following suggestions: First,pay attention to the positive role of leadership self-management.On the one hand,the top leaders of the company must fully recognize the positive effects of self-management behavior on the enterprise;on the other hand,enterprises can conduct self-management training on a regular basis to encourage leaders and managers to improve their self-management capabilities.Secondly,from the perspective of the enterprise,enterprises should create a strong learning atmosphere and form new development concepts and open innovative thinking while constantly updating knowledge.Corporate executives should also actively build a good learning atmosphere in the enterprise.Thirdly,business managers should form an entrepreneurial-oriented atmosphere in management practice and strengthen the team's adventurous spirit and innovative spirit.In addition,in the recruitment and selection process of human resources,learning habits,learning ability,innovative spirit,and adventurous spirit can be considered as an important consideration.In the recruitment process,a series of testscan be set to select members of the organization.The innovations of this research are as follows: taking the leadership self-management as the starting point,taking the small and medium-sized micro-enterprise executive team as the research object,based on the social information processing theory,studying the relationship between leadership self-management and organizational dual-innovation,that is,executive team learning whether behavior can mediate the relationship between leadership self-management and organizational dual innovation,whether organizational entrepreneurship orientation can regulate the relationship between leadership self-management and organizational dual innovation,and provide new ideas for future research.
