Schedule management is the core of non-standard equipment management for aerospace models.The quality of schedule management is directly related to the success or failure of the non-standard equipment project,and further relates to the progress of aerospace models.In recent years,along with the high density space launch situation,non-standard equipment requirements at early stage of model sample and mass production is increasing.But the risk and uncertainty factors also exist at the same time,especially with the promotion of market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises.When facing the market competition,there are still some problems and contradictions.Therefore,it is faced with co-existence situation of development opportunities and challenges.The company A is adhering to the spirit of space as innovative companies,relying on the long-term accumulation of design ability,advanced manufacturing technology and rich experience.By the method of idea transformation,platform shift and method conversion,the company will further improve non-standard equipment project schedule management efficiency.Also the company enhance sustained profitability on the one hand,and become the touchstone in the process of market-oriented reform planning and implementation,out of the traditional pattern in market competition,on the other hand.First of all,in this paper,combined with the specific practice of the company's non-standard equipment project,it analysis the main problems and its reasons through carding the non-standard equipment project management status.In view of relevant problems,the content and methods of relevant progress management were reviewed,improvement scheme design was adopted,and the system of project progress management was constructed by applying WBS and the critical chain.Secondly,we improve the program through the practical case in activity definition,activity sequencing,activity duration,and activity planning and optimization,including resource constraints based on the critica l chain,safety time compression,the establishment of buffer and identify the new critical chain,finally a new project schedule and network chart drawing are worked out.Meanwhile,a systematic and efficient progress control system is established according to the project schedule,and a report feedback system and buffer warning mechanism are adopted to control the implementation process of the plan.In the end,in order to further guarantee the effective implementation of the project progress system and strengthen the implementation effect,on the one hand,the optimization of designing organization and process are carry out,on the other hand,by means of modern information system management,software platform system is built in suitable for the company project progress management.It also gives the suggestion on the user settings,function module design and data security.
