More and more manufacturing enterprises manage multiple projects simultaneously, and projects’ mutual effect loads manufacturing enterprises to implement program management. Finishing program on schedule with assurance of quality and quantity is different, which is also a hot issue of research. Critical Chain is a breakthrough in project management field in recent years. Compared to traditional network planning, the Critical Chain can effectively resolve resource conflicts, focus on the behavior of human in implementation process, and improve program management performance.Program schedule plan and its implementation are studied in the thesis. Firstly, analyzes program schedule’ status and defects of traditional network scheduling methods to clarify using Critical Chain’s necessity, identify critical chain’s theoretical basis, superiority and process to clarify using Critical Chain’s significance. Secondly, identify subproject’s critical chain with a heuristic algorithm, identify program’s critical chain with contribution rate of resource constraints, and set subproject’s and program’s buffering. Finally, based on the program schedule features, build protection mechanism with buffer monitor, risk response and schedule corrected to ensure schedule conduct according the plan. Critical Chain application analysis is illustrated in the thesis. |
