Since 2011,the sharing economy has risen rapidly in our country,gradually affecting and changing people's lifestyle and life concept.At present,the sharing economy has entered the stage of relatively steady growth,in which the travel sharing economy(sharing travel)is developing faster and faster,full of innovative vitality.But this field begins in China,the research on the field is not enough,there is a lack of relatively novel cases.The existing literature mostly focuses on the macro analysis of the business model of the shared economy,which is basically limited to describing the whole shared economy market through the study of individual enterprises.Through a lot of theoretical research,this paper chooses the field of sharing travel as the research object of this paper,and studies the business model of sharing travel enterprises and its influence on the user's behavior.This paper first summarizes the significance of sharing economy business model and sharing travel,and then defines the concept of sharing economy,O2 O business model,shared travel industry,and then focusing the sharing travel field on three industries: ride-hailing,car-sharing and bicycle-sharing,selects the representative enterprises of DiDi,EVCARD and Hello as the research cases and analyzes the driving factors,industry value chain main body,operation mode and profit model of each enterprise in turn.It also analyzes the problems faced by various enterprises.After that,this paper deeply studies the influence of business model on user consumption behavior.Empirical research finds that business model profoundly affects user use behavior,and there are differences in the degree and significance of impact on DiDi,EVCARD and Hello travel.According to the research conclusions,the commonness and individuality problems faced by the industry or enterprise are analyzed in depth,practical suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the enterprise and the government.In this paper,it is concluded that there are still many common and individual problems in the sharing travel industry,such as ride-sharing,sharing car and sharing bicycle.Through systematic analysis and research,this paper puts forward scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions on the business model of sharing economy,consummates the business model of sharing economy of travel type,provides new ideas for creating value for society,and helps the sustainable development of social economy.
