Research On The Development Of Industrial Projects In Laixi City Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

The essential goal of socialism is common prosperity.Based on such objective requirements,since the founding of the People's Republic of China,our government has used the superiority of socialism to concentrate financial and material resources to assist underdeveloped areas.This early practice of poverty alleviation has improved the actual situation of unbalanced regional economic development in China to a certain extent.The problem of rural and peasant poverty is the main obstacle to realize rural rejuvenation in our country,and it is the most arduous task for the rural poor to get rid of poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.In November 2013,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward "precision poverty alleviation" for the first time,and set precision poverty alleviation as a major strategic policy of the country.In 2016,Comrade Xi Jinping made a specific time plan for the precision poverty alleviation work in the new era,and instructed all the rural poor to get rid of poverty by 2020 and achieve the goal of entering a well-off society in an all-round way.According to the specific requirements of poverty alleviation work in Shandong Province,Laixi City has used various effective ways to help poor villages and poor households to reduce poverty by using education,medical and health poverty,housing security poverty alleviation,employment and entrepreneurship poverty alleviation,drinking water security poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation,social poverty alleviation,industrial projects poverty alleviation and so on.Poverty alleviation in industrial projects is a long-term poverty alleviation model that changes from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation,and should be vigorously popularized.According to its own actual situation,Laixi Q Village,with the strong support of the Laixi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the special financial fund for poverty alleviation,has chosen the industrial project of BAIC property economy.After three years of operation in December 2016,BAIC property economic industrial project has become a relatively mature property economic industrial project,creatively implementing and developing the poverty alleviation industrial project model in line with local ecology and local people's livelihood.Taking the industrial project of Laixi Q Village as the research object,this paperstudies the property economic industry project of BAIC in Q Village through literature review,field investigation,inductive analysis and other research methods.Firstly,the paper combs the research trends of poverty alleviation at home and abroad,systematically collates the relevant theoretical concepts such as poor households,precision poverty alleviation,industrial projects,and so on,determines the research direction of the paper,and clarifies the significance of the research;secondly,through the analysis of the implementation status of BAIC property economic projects in Laixi Q Village,summarizes the achievements of industrial projects,analyzes the problems of government,enterprises and poor households during the implementation of industrial projects;finally,puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of formulating policy support,increasing human capital investment and strengthening project follow-up management.
