Analysis On Factors Influencing Precision Poverty Reduction Effect In Hunan Province

Poverty is a major worldwide problem facing mankind today.Poverty-stricken people and poverty-stricken areas in China have always been the focus of the government's attention.Our country is at the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and there are still a large number of poor households in remote mountainous areas,ethnic minority areas and old revolutionary areas in the central and western part of the country.These poverty-stricken areas have their own objective causes of poverty.Although the state has been giving priority to these poverty-stricken areas and implemented various assistance measures,the results are not obvious and the funds for poverty alleviation are wasted greatly.In order to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation,solve the problem of poverty more quickly and help poor households get out of poverty quickly and become rich,the central government began to implement precise poverty alleviation in 2014.On the basis of strengthening the study of the national precise poverty alleviation policy theory,this paper reviews the previous Poverty Alleviation Policies and main achievements,combines the current situation of the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy in Hunan Province in the past four years,and makes a detailed analysis of the present situation of the precise poverty alleviation in Hunan Province by means of social investigation and case analysis;and takes the poverty alleviation data of XH County as an example,uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the various Sha Comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors;comparison of the weight of various influencing factors,combined with the poverty alleviation policies adopted locally and the results achieved,and then according to the evaluation results to find out the key factors restricting the poverty alleviation work inHunan Province,to explore the existing problems,and to put forward optimization suggestions for the precise poverty alleviation work in Hunan Province.
