Traditionally,the operation mode of separating business and finance is difficult to adapt to the development of modern enterprises.Company financial personnel must adjust their functions in a timely manner through financial transformation to adapt to the changes of the times.The application of industry-finance integration theory plays an important role in the development of the company.This article takes company G as an example,uses literature research,case analysis and other methods to deeply analyze the problems in the company's inventory management,and uses modern information technology as a means to apply the industry-finance integration theory to the company's inventory management.First,it summarizes the research status at home and abroad from different angles,reviews the research results of current scholars,and explains the concepts and theories such as inventory management and industry-finance integration,which lays the foundation for later research.Secondly,the current inventory management status of company G was analyzed,and problems such as inaccurate procurement budget,weak supplier management,inadequate inventory entry and exit supervision,and inefficient product cost accounting were found in the inventory management and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Thirdly,based on the theory of industry and financial integration,this article optimizes the inventory management plan from the four links of procurement,storage,outbound and product cost accounting,including: the use of modern information technology to improve the accuracy of procurement budget;the introduction of wireless radio frequency technology,Realize the sharing of inventory inventory information;strengthen financial personnel to supervise business personnel and other methods,to achieve financial pre-forecast prediction,in-event control and post-event analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of industry and financial integration.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's optimization plan,it is proposed to strengthen the professional talent team construction of industry and financial integration,establish an industry and financial communication mechanism,optimize the performance evaluation system,and strengthen the company's risk control and other safeguards to ensure thesmooth implementation of the optimization plan.
