With the increasingly fierce competition in the frozen meat trade market,many trading enterprises began to look for new profit growth points.Logistics has gradually changed from the main cost in the past to the third profit source.Z is the tenth listed company of COFCO,which is responsible for COFCO's meat business.Z company's business involves meat and meat industry investment and operation management,domestic and international frozen meat trade.In the past operations,the Z logistics model has always held the goal of "maximizing the customer's needs":maintaining a large number of safety stocks;immediate delivery after receiving orders;and customer satisfaction as an assessment indicator.Such a logistics model has led to three major problems:slow inventory turnover,high inventory cost,unloaded load,return journey,and unreasonable transport volume and order frequency.In order to reduce the logistics cost and reduce wastage of Z company,this paper optimized the logistics mode of Z company.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the stock situation and order distribution mode of Z company,and analyzes the reasons for the formation of this situation and the main two problems in this mode:the long inventory turnover days and the unreasonable delivery mode.In view of the above problems and combining with the actual situation of Z company,a feasible improvement scheme is put forward:to solve the actual problems of Z company by building an inventory path integration model(IRP).The inventory and distribution optimization of Z company is optimized in two stages.The first stage is to keep the existing order acquisition mode of Z company unchanged,and combine the demand of each cycle,replanning the delivery route,delivery quantity and order quantity.On the premise of meeting the demand of customers,it can effectively reduce the stock of Z company and reduce the waste of transportation in the process of distribution.Then,based on the defect of the one stage transformation,and combining with the thought of VMI,Z company can establish the mechanism of supplier management inventory with the downstream enterprises.Therefore,in the second stage,this paper deals with the discrete demand into a continuous demand rate,which is based on the establishment of an integrated VMI distribution scheme,setting up the different distribution cycle and distribution for each downstream production enterprise to achieve further optimization of the cost.This paper simulates the inventory distribution integration model established in this paper by MATLAB.Because the model is a N-P difficult model,the improved saving algorithm is used to solve the model.From the final result,through the merger of the order,on the basis of meeting the customer's demand,this paper greatly reduces the transport empty load rate of Z company and saves the cost.At the same time,due to the establishment of the VMI system,the demand has been clarified,and the additional inventory caused by the asymmetry of demand is reduced,and the cost of inventory and corruption are greatly reduced.Therefore,the scheme proposed in this paper provides a realistic reference for the same type of perishable trade companies that want to optimize logistics.
