With the continuous development of China's market economy and the continuous improvement of the level of informatization,the landscape of China's financial market has changed dramatically.The competition in the banking industry has become more fierce.The rapid rise of small and medium-sized commercial banks,the emergence of large numbers of local banks,and the addition of foreign capital Looking at the bank's eyes,Bank of China Qinhuangdao Branch urgently needs to enhance its core competitiveness in order to stand out among many banks.In the course of its operation and management,commercial banks should make full use of human resources according to the market situation,and the degree of human resource development is attributed to the improvement of the performance evaluation system.Therefore,it is very important to establish a scientific and effective performance evaluation system.Based on the research object of Bank of China Qinhuangdao Branch behavior,this article explores the performance evaluation method of Bank of China Qinhuangdao Branch through multiple dimensions,conducts surveys from different perspectives based on questionnaires,finds out the problems and causes of the original system,and proposes a regional strategy,Branch development,optimization of important indicators and other principles,with balanced scorecard as the assessment method,through four dimensions of finance,customers,internal management and employee learning and growth to optimize performance assessment,and establish a process monitoring mechanism.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation optimization program,corresponding measures are proposed from the six performance evaluation directions of organization,system,culture,and personnel,which provide a reference for other bank performance evaluation models.
