Research On The Supply Chain Management Of Company A Under The Asset-Light Strategy

Since the 1990s,the rapid development of modern information technology and the network economy has greatly improved the scale and operating efficiency of modern industries,at the same time the busines risk is increasing.The asset-light operation model,a new capital strategy based on value,has become the choice for transformation and upgrading in many large enterprises.Under the condition that the downward pressure of the economy superimposing the changes in the operating environment,the large industrial washing equipment manufacturing company A has adopted an asset-light operation model for "avoiding the heavy and putting the light".It is some difficult for Company A to balance the problems between various and small-batch purchasing characteristics,outstanding quality problems,supply security and cost control.This paper attempts to find a solution by studying the supply chain management of Company A under asset-light operations.On the basis of summarizing the research status of asset-light operation and supply chain management at home and abroad,this article analyzes the development status of China's washing and washing equipment industry and the before and current situation of company A's asset-light operation,and deeply explores the existing problems of supplier chain management of Company A under asset-light operation.Information system transmission efficiency is low;There are serious outsourcing quality problems;Insufficient supplier management;The internal company management is not standardized.Deeply analyze the questions,then from the perspective of asset-light operations,design a supply chain management plan for Company A,which constructed the supply chain management system from seven aspects:organizational structure,demand management,product design,procurement management,manufacturing management,logistics management,and information system support.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the supply chain management system of Company A,this article proposes safeguard measures from the aspects of organization level,human resources,financial funds,and information technology.This paper hopes to provide clearer solutions for company A to improve its supply chain management level,with a view to deepening the asset-light operation model of company A through the improvement of supply chain management,promoting its transformation and upgrading,and achieving sustainable profitability and innovative development.It also provides a reference for companies with similar background to optimize the supply chain management.
