In recent years,Quanzhou apparel enterprises face the dilemma of cost of land,cost of human resources,financing costs,inventory pressure and lack of innovation.Many garment enterprises in Quanzhou began to seek the transformation of "light asset" mode because "light asset" mode To achieve industrial upgrading or get rid of the traditional labor-intensive or processing constraints,improve product added value and the overall competitiveness of enterprises,and ultimately the overall restructuring of enterprises.Therefore,the operation of light assets has become the ideal choice for many garment enterprises in Quanzhou,but not all businesses can do so,on the contrary in recent years there are quite a number of enterprises in the road of light asset management tends to die out,the fundamental reason is that light asset management model for Enterprise management system,capital operation,product development and brand management have certain requirements,especially related to the control of the upstream and downstream supply chain,whether it is clothing research and development or sales terminals,require rapid response and mature promotion.In addition,even after garment enterprises enter the track of light asset operations,this model has inherent structural flaws.If these defects are not analyzed,controlled and effectively dealt with,then the light asset model can not bring about changes to the business or even accelerate The demise of business.This paper studies the overall performance of Jinjiang TB Group in utilizing light asset operations,including brand marketing capabilities,product research and development capabilities,upstream and downstream channel integration capabilities,and summarizes the current TB Group's use of light assets,including the continued decline in product inventories,cash Flow stability,reduce production costs,such as considerable gross margin.The use of SWOT analysis framework,put forward the current advantages of TB Group is the advantages of channel sales and supply chain advantages,and its shortcomings in product development and brand price,the opportunities it faces is the national fitness or sports health industry outlet,as well as the Internet + Bring the opportunity,and the challenge is for the downstream store sales management quality,the overall financial risks of the group.Finally,we put forward some countermeasures.It covers three major aspects of product,finance and operation.It covers product development,combination of "Sports +" and "Internet +",diversification of financial management objectives,effective prevention of credit risk and development of diversified financing channels.Offline retail stores unified standardized sales training,the use of O2 O distributors,offline stores.This article hopes to provide a reference for Quanzhou apparel enterprises to transition to light asset model,to avoid enterprises in the process of restructuring encountered some pitfalls or obstacles in order to serve Quanzhou local garment enterprises through the "light asset" model to upgrade their Sustained profitability and development to provide theoretical and practical reference.
