With the progress of science and technology and the arrival of the digital age,the development of enterprises is also facing more risks and uncertainties.Faced with this uncertainty,enterprises need to constantly carry out innovative activities to cope with external changes.Innovation activities come from new ideas and ideas of employees and the collision of ideas between employees.In the context of the Internet era,the development of technology has helped individuals to strengthen their original skills and experiences,giving individuals more ability.In the process of continuous pioneering and innovation,the requirements for individual technical level and comprehensive quality will be higher and higher.This means that enterprises need to pay more attention to the management and cultivation and stimulation of "strong individuals ".Therefore,this study puts forward the hypothesis on the correlation of psychological security,intermediary coordination and promotion guidance,self-monitoring personality and innovation performance,hoping to reveal the influence of psychological security on innovation performance,and provide reference and inspiration for managers.For the above purpose,this study collected 428 valid questionnaires by questionnaire survey of manufacturing,service and high-tech enterprises originally from the whole country,and analyzed the data by using SPSS,AMOS software to test the proposed hypothesis.The main conclusions obtained in this study are :(1)the positive influence relationship between psychological safety and innovation performance.(2)There is an intermediary role between psychological security and innovation performance,that is,psychological security positively influences intermediary coordination to promote guidance and then influence innovation performance.(3)Self-monitoring personality regulates the influence of psychological security on intermediary coordination and promotion of guidance.That is,the higher the degree of self-monitoring personality,the more likely employees with high degree of psychological security are to make intermediary coordination to promote guidance(4)self-monitoring personality regulates the intermediary relationship between psychological security and innovation performance through intermediary coordination to promote guidance.That is,the lower the degree of self-monitoring personality,the lower the degree of psychological safety of employees will not promote the guidance through intermediary coordination to promote the behavior of improving innovation performance.Finally,the conclusion is discussed,and the deficiency and prospect are pointed out.
