With the increasing income of domestic consumers and the changing consumption concept,the competition in the industry of daily chemical products will become more and more fierce in the future,and the market will become more and more concentrated.However,the concentration degree of the market of daily chemical products is not high,the competition among manufacturers is intensifying,and the overall economic growth is slowing down gradually.On the contrary,the profit margins of many daily chemical companies are getting smaller and smaller.Therefore,the survival and development of enterprises are facing huge challenges.Undoubtedly,L daily chemical company was also greatly impacted by its competitors in the industry.Therefore,the company began to promote the transformation and upgrading strategy of "green consumption ecology +",so as to maintain the leading position in the industry and further improve its market share.Under the framework of the new corporate strategy,how the procurement department develops the functional strategy to adapt to the new strategy is of great value and significance to ensure the effective implementation of the new strategy.Throughout the types and quantities of materials purchased by L daily chemical company,the purchase amount of packaging materials accounts for a large proportion.Although L daily chemical company has strong pricing power for materials in the whole supply chain,re-formulating the procurement strategy of packaging materials will help L daily chemical company to effectively implement and guarantee the new strategy,so as to protect the market competitive advantage of L daily chemical company.Related to academic research and enterprise practice shows that enterprise procurement is usually by way of bidding,inquiry,negotiation of cooperation with suppliers,for sure,but in the complex economic situation,market anomalies and changeable era,the judgment of quotations from different vendors have bigger difference,even the occasional phrase,resulting in the final quotation there are larger differences,this kind of situation is likely to cause one side face losses on both buyers and sellers,unable to achieve a win-win situation,will also affect the sustainability of the suppliers,is not conducive to the stable development of the enterprise and benefit maximization.In this paper,the packaging material procurement strategy of L daily chemical company is studied.This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of procurement strategy research,among which economies of scale and learning curve theory are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.Second,all kinds of packaging materials and procurement L daily chemical company present situation research,and to determine the L daily chemical company of the main problems in the procurement activities,by using the environmental analysis methods and tools to L daily chemical company of packaging materials procurement environment are analyzed,and concluded that purchasing strategy facing the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages.Third,around L daily chemical company's new strategy,and facing the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages to develop L daily chemical company's procurement strategy,from the procurement of varieties of selected,supplier selection and management,the establishment of the procurement method,order negotiation strategy and purchasing stock in five aspects,such as to develop a new procurement strategy.At the same time,a solution was proposed to solve the problems in packaging material procurement of L daily chemical company.Finally,according to the content and requirements of the new procurement strategy,the corresponding implementation and safeguard measures are formulated.
