In recent years,people's living standard with the development of China's economy has also been improved,therefore,the growing demand for chemical products,China's cosmetics market is developing rapidly,but the huge market potential often means a huge competition,at present,the domestic cosmetics market has long been carved up the most by some strong foreign capital enterprise and large private enterprises,the competition of the cosmetics market reached the fierce degree.It is very difficult for China's small and medium—size enterprises to occupy a proper place in such a market situation.With the continuous development of chemical industry,and the homogenization of various enterprises with similar products has become more obvious and the price war is getting stronger and stronger,It is impossible to win the market only by virtue of products or price advantage.In the near future,the enterprise will not only confined to the war between the competition between products,but the competition of marketing strategy.Today,small and medium-sized enterprises have used various methods and means such as investment increasing capital and technology in improving the quality of products,marketing tools,in the hope of growing competition in the industry to improve their competitive ability,How to make use of their own advantages,to develop suitable product sales of the company's marketing strategy,improve the company's sales and market in the fierce competition in the market share,have become the focus of attention of the small and medium enterprises.This paper will take LJ chemical company Zhoukou branch as an example and relate marketing theory learned in classes with the actual situation.And it will make deep analysis of the internal and external environment,the advantages and existing problems and find a feasible solution to the existing problems.It will also investigate the shortcomings of the current products,prices and marketing channels strategy to put forward the marketing optimization strategy which is suitable for the company's own situation and helpful for the future development of the enterprise.Providestrategic support and guarantee for higher and further development of the enterprises.
