Therefore,based on the above background,this paper takes the performance appraisal of SC technicians as the research object,and uses relevant performance appraisal theory and literature data method,field research method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative and quantitative analysis,etc.to conduct in-depth research on the status quo,main problems and causes of the performance appraisal of SC technicians.Through research,it is found that SC electromechanical company mainly has five problems in the performance appraisal of professional technicians,such as the formalization of performance appraisal methods,the imperfect performance appraisal content,the unreasonable performance appraisal frequency,the poor performance appraisal communication,and the insufficient performance appraisal.The reasons for this are the lack of supervision mechanism for performance appraisal,the design of performance appraisal content,the lack of performance appraisal frequency,the imperfect performance appraisal communication mechanism,and the inadequate application of performance appraisal results.In response to these problems and their causes,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Establish a performance appraisal and supervision mechanism.Through the establishment of professional and technical personnel performance appraisal process supervision procedures,the establishment of professional and technical personnel performance appraisers reward and punishment system,the company can establish the professional and technical personnel performance appraisal and supervision mechanism.This has an immediate effect on the company's solution to the seriousness of the formalization of performance appraisal of professional and technical personnel,such as the lack of rigorous performance appraisal process and the small difference in performance appraisal results.(2)Optimize performance appraisal content.By standardizing the design procedures of the company's professional and technical personnel performance appraisal indicators,and applying scientific methods to scientifically set the weights of professional and technical personnel performance appraisal indicators,the performance appraisal content of professional and technical personnel can be optimized and improved,so as to solve the problems of untargeted and inappropriate performance appraisal indicators.(3)Develop a Differentiated performance appraisal frequency.Through in-depth understanding of the company's professional and technical work,the company can design a highly targeted professional and technical personnel performance appraisal cycle,can develop a different performance frequency of professional and technical personnel.This plays an important role in solving the problem of unreasonable frequency of performance evaluation of professional and technical personnel of the company and better reflecting the true performance of professional and technical personnel.(4)Improve the performance evaluation communication mechanism.By strengthening the feedback mode,the feedback timeliness and the feedback comprehensiveness of the company's professional and technical personnel performance appraisal information,as well as clearing the communication channels,communication methods and responsibility for communication channels,we can improve the performance appraisal and communication mechanism of the company's and effectively solve the poor communication in the performance appraisal of the company's professional and technical personnel.(5)Improve the application mechanism of performance appraisal results.By expanding the application scope of the performance appraisal results of the company's professional and technical personnel,the performance appraisal of professional and technical personnel and the company's technological innovation will be deeply integrated,which can improve the application mechanism of the performance appraisal results of the company's professional and technical personnel,thus fully mobilizing the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of professional and technical people engaged in technological innovation,which in turn enhances the company's technological innovation capabilities and core competitiveness.
