Research On The Influence Of S Company's Mixed Ownership Reform On Its Innovation Ability

In 2013,the CPC Central Committee took the reform of mixed ownership as an important strategic deployment at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.The purpose of mixed ownership reform is to introduce different kinds of equity capital,and to stimulate the potential of state-owned enterprises and enhance their competitiveness by optimizing the ownership structure of state-owned enterprises.S company is a state-owned enterprise engaged in equipment manufacturing.With the fierce competition in the equipment manufacturing industry,the company has encountered severe competition in the market.In order to deepen the reform of mixed ownership and further stimulate the development potential of S company,it is necessary to evaluate the impact of the reform of mixed ownership on the company’s innovation ability.Therefore,this paper takes s company as the research object to study the innovation ability of the mixed ownership reform,Firstly,this paper studies the mixed ownership reform of S company.S company is a state-owned enterprise in the equipment manufacturing industry,which began to carry out mixed ownership reform in 2015.Through the reform of mixed ownership,strategic investors are introduced to optimize the governance structure of S company.After the reform of mixed ownership,s company has established and improved its board of directors,board of supervisors and other mechanisms,and its management structure has been further optimized.The R & D input and output before and after the mixed ownership reform are also different.Secondly,this paper designs the evaluation index system and evaluation method of innovation ability,and evaluates the innovation ability of S company before and after the reform of mixed ownership.In this paper,23 indicators of different dimensions,such as enterprise institutional environment,R & D input,R & D output,external cooperation and resource introduction,marketing and marketing,and enterprise soft environment,are designed to evaluate the innovation ability of S company.Thirdly,this paper evaluates the innovation ability of S company before and after the mixed ownership reform,and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of the mixed ownership reform on the innovation ability of S company.From the evaluation results,after the mixed ownership reform,the innovation ability of S company has been improved to a certain extent,and the scores in system environment,R & D input,R & D output,resource introduction,soft environment and other aspects have been improved to a certain extent,and the improvement of these environments is conducive to the improvement of the innovation ability of S company.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to continue to improve the reform of mixed ownership and improve the construction of talents.The research of this paper has a certain reference value to improve the mixed ownership reform of S company and enhance the innovation ability of S company,and also provides a reference for other similar companies to carry out the mixed ownership reform.
