Research On The Material Reserve Management System Of Jingjiang City,jiangsu Province

Material reserve is an important strategic means to ensure national security,maintain social stability and effectively respond to various public crises and emergencies.It is related to people's life and property security and social harmony and stability.In recent years,in order to deal with the risks of natural disasters and sudden public security events,China has established material reserve management departments at all levels from the central to local.As a county-level city along the river,Jingjiang City in Jiangsu Province has gradually formed a relatively stable material reserve management system.However,with the development of national economy and society,the material reserve management system of Jingjiang City in Jiangsu Province is also facing many new situations and problems.The inherent material reserve management mode cannot meet the new requirements and new normal of deepening the system reform of the country.Therefore,it is necessary to study the material reserve management system and related issues in Jingjiang City.In this paper,the use of public goods and other related theories,Jingjiang City,Jiangsu Province,county-level material reserve management system as the main research object,a case study.Based on the analysis of the basic status quo of Jingjiang's material reserve,this paper puts forward six problems in the management system,reserve structure,storage facilities,personnel training,construction of the rule of law,performance appraisal,and expounds and analyzes the causes of the problems one by one.On this basis,this paper puts forward six measures to improve Jingjiang material reserve management system.Jingjiang public administration department should perfect the reserve function,rationalize the management system,based on the industrial development,adjust the reserve structure,establish the talent cultivation guarantee mechanism,strengthen the construction of laws and regulations,so as to better respond to the various unexpected situations that may occur,and better guarantee the safety and life of the country and the people.
