In recent years,major natural disasters such as snow,earthquakes and so on have been frequent in our country,resulting in power grid faults and large-scale power outage from time to time.Emergency material reserve of power enterprises plays a key role in fault repair,but the current emergency power reserve management is still not perfect in China.The emergency power material reserve management is an important part of the power emergency system,which can not only improve power companies' ability of emergency handling and material management to ensure the safe,reliable and stable operation of the power system,maintain inventory stability,but also can enhance power companies' corporate image in national economy services,thus it is of great practical significance to carry out an in-depth research on power emergency material reser-ve.First of all,the paper reviews the current research situation on power emergency material and system dynamics at home and abroad through literature review and data review in order to clarify research methods and their feasibility of this paper,which lays a foundation for the following modeling and simulation.Then,go to the site for research,analysis of emergency supplies reserve situation,the joint reserve model is introduced to optimize the existing power emergency material reserve system,and DEMATEL method is used to quantitatively reveal the comprehensive correlation and the influence degree between various indicators.And critical factors affecting the grade of emergency material are determined to grade emergency material with establishment of the joint grade-reserve mode of power emergency material.On this basis,a systematical analysis of the grade-reserve system of power emergency material is carried out for following understanding its process and characteristics,identifying the system,clarifying the preconditions and drawing a causal relationship diagram.Also,Vensim is adopted to build a system dynamics model of the power emergency material grade-reserve system.Finally,the simulation strategy is designed for analogue simulation with a provincial power company as an example,analysis of emergency materials,and then reasonable suggestions are put forward for power enterprises to apply a joint grade-reserve mode based on the simulation results.The results show that the existing traditional physical reserve mode causes the instability and the large inventory volatility of the whole power emergency material reserve system,and the change of inventory adjustment cycle will also affect the stability of the inventory system.Aiming at relevant reasons,three suggestions are put forward,including the rational setting of the inventory adjustment cycle,rational use of a joint grade-reserve mode to stabilize the inventory,as well as construction of the information platform to connect the entire joint grade-reserve mode.
