Customers are the foundation of the survival and development of all enterprises.Whoever can better meet the needs of customers can obtain development advantages.In this context,CRM system is born.Some enterprises will directly purchase the finished product system for use due to objective factors,but in fact,each company h as some personalized needs,and direct purchase of finished products will lead to dissatisfaction.As company has developed a CRM system to support its business.The effectiveness of CRM system directly determines the management quality level of the whole company and the work efficiency of personnel.This paper takes the customer satisfaction degree of CRM system of as company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of research and development of CRM system at home and abroad,and determines the theoretical basis of the research by searching a lot of related theories and methods of CRM system and satisfaction.Secondly,it expounds the development process and current situation of as company and its independently developed CRM system.On this basis,according to the establishment principle of comprehensive evaluation index system,the influencing factors of customer satisfaction of CRM system are determined,and the weight proportion of each influencing factor is determined through targeted investigation and analysis,so as to build the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction of as company CRM system,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP;At last,this paper uses the evaluation model to evaluate the satisfaction of CRM system of as company,analyzes the existing problems of CRM system according to the evaluation results,and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme and optimization suggestions.The results of this paper show that: as company CRM system use satisfaction indicators belong to the general state of satisfaction,with a larger space to improve.The main problem is: first of all,the user efficiency is low.Secondly,the development lags behind the level of intelligence.Moreover,there is a lack of personnel to understand the whole system.Finally,there is a lack of user expectation management.Based on these problems,as company should do the following: integrate the system to improve efficiency;speed up the development pace guided by user demand;establish talent training mechanism,build talent team;manage user expectations,and maintain moderation.
