Since 1994,China began to reform the tax system with value-added tax as the core,and tax informatization has been widely used in various fields of tax work.After nearly 30 years of rapid development,China's tax information construction plays a key role in standardizing tax management and promoting the reform of tax collection and management system.After years of efforts,N province has made remarkable achievements in the construction of tax information,forming a series of tax information systems,such as the comprehensive tax collection and management system,anticounterfeiting tax control system.The promotion and application system of the provincial tax authorities has covered all tax work links such as tax collection and management business,administrative management,external information,decision support,etc.Under the condition that the main business of tax depends more and more on the tax information system,the normal operation of the tax information system has an important impact on the development of the main tax business it supports.Therefore,how to provide effective operation and maintenance services and management for the tax information system will be of great significance to ensure the smooth operation of the tax information system and promote the construction of the operation and maintenance system of the tax information system.Most of the problems faced by the operation and maintenance of the tax information system of N province can be attributed to management problems.This paper uses the advanced IT service management concept for reference,analyzes the operation and maintenance data of B and M cities of N Province,combs the current situation and problems of the operation and maintenance system of the information system of N Province,and analyzes the operation and maintenance management system that causes the problems,with the guidance of long operation and maintenance time and high chargeback rate Operation and maintenance mechanism,rights and responsibilities matching,performance appraisal system and other reasons.The emergence of the above problems has affected the normal operation of the tax information system,which requires a set of scientific operation and maintenance management system to solve problems and eliminate faults in time,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the tax information system.Use it service management concept to build the operation and maintenance service management system structure of tax department,build professional and intensive operation and maintenance organization,and improve the operation and maintenance mechanism of N provincial tax bureau.Transform the economic benefit oriented IT service management concept into a tax operation and maintenance system focusing on tax industry services and social benefits,list all operation and maintenance services clearly and categorically for service objects,realize the convenience of customer operation,transparency of operation process,receive customer feedback,and continuously improve operation and maintenance services.The main body of this article is divided into five parts.The first chapter expounds the research background and significance of this article,introduces the research situation of relevant theoretical research in China,and introduces the research content and research methods.The second chapter starts from a theoretical perspective and explains the concepts of information technology and e-government,IT service management and its related service desk,event process management,and event escalation.The third chapter analyzes the operation and maintenance situation of city B and city M in N province's tax information system in 2019,finds out the problems existing in the construction of the tax information system operation and maintenance system,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter explores the pre-achieved goals and proposes solutions to the problems existing in the construction of tax information systems.The fifth part is a summary of the research in this article,and the prospect of supporting IT service management in tax information system in the future.
