Objective:In the 21st century,the bio-medicine industry is regarded as a priority development industry and a national strategic emerging industry.Yunnan Province has planned it as a key project during the "3th Five-Year Plan" period,bio-medicine has become the most dynamic and growing industry in the 13th Five-Year Plan of the Yunnan pharmaceutical industry.Yunnan is rich in diverse biological resources,natural medicinal animal and plant resources,and unique geographical and climatic advantages,has the inherent advantage of developing bio-medicine industry,therefore,the Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry has broad development prospects and huge market potential.In view of the high attention paid to the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad,constantly introduce favorable policies,and Yunnan Province,as a large province rich in biological resources,the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry lags far behind other provinces.This topic aims to understand the overall development profile of the international bio-pharmaceutical industry,by comparison,the problems existing in the development of bio-medicine industry in Yunnan,it can also learn from the experience of developing bio-medicine industry at home and abroad,promoting the leapfrog development of Yunnan’s biomedical industry,it is very significant.Methods:This article studies the development of Yunnan’s biomedical industry.First of all,through the literature research method,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on "biomedical industry" are consulted,and the research ideas of this article are summarized.Summarize the development status and trend of biomedicine industry at home and abroad,and draw the reasons for the development lag in Yunnan Province.Secondly,it analyzes the current status and problems of the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in combination with its own advantages and policies in Yunnan Province,and conducts an in-depth investigation on the factors and development trend of the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry.Through the expert consultation method,has set up a questionnaire survey on the development situation and influencing factors of the Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry.Individuals who are engaged in the pharmacy-related work of biomedical enterprises,pharmaceutical research institutes,universities and hospitals in Yunnan Province should fill out the questionnaire for them.Finally,we conducted in-depth research,summarized the data,and applied SWOT analysis and Likert scale method for statistical analysis.Results:According to the survey results of the development situation and the influencing factors,it is concluded that the top three rankings of strengths(S)are the scale of Chinese herbal medicine planting,cost advantages,and industrial system,and the weaknesses(W)rankings are the top three of research and development capabilities,talents,and financing difficulties.Opportunities(0)occupying the top three are location and climate,natural and social resources,policies,market competitiveness,technological innovation,and medical and health system reform rank the top three threats(T).The impact factors of the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan are ranked high and low,and the importance factors of the impact factors are technological progress>comprehensive innovation>industrial policy>human resources>financing channels>natural resources>industrial ecosystem>industrial parks.Conclusions:Exploratoryly,from accelerating system construction,establishing an innovation support system,promoting industrial agglomeration,cultivating industrial clusters,protecting biological resources,establishing industrial transformation mechanisms,strengthening the marketing and brand cultivation of cloud medicine,establishing practical rewards,credit and The subsidy mechanism,strengthening industrial innovation cooperation,and promoting the innovation and secondary development of large varieties of traditional ethnic medicine in Yunnan Province set out to propose countermeasures and suggestions,which will bring some directional theoretical guidance for the development of bio-medicine in our province.Strive to build "Yunnan Medicine" brand,expand its industrial scale,and make Yunnan with "green food brand" and "healthy life destination" to the world.
