Research On The Performance And Influencing Factors Of Scientific And Technological Achievements Transformation In China's Biomedical Industry

In recent years,China's bio pharmaceutical industry has a strong momentum of development,it can also bring great social benefits to the country at the same time of bringing large economic benefits,and it has become an important part of national economic.At present,China encourages technological innovation,it has great meaning to develop the bio pharmaceutical industry to China's national economy.The development of bio pharmaceutical industry need the support of science and technology.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance of scientific and technological achievements transformation and its influencing factors.This paper related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the theory of carding system,targeted to build the performance evaluation index system of the science and technology achievements transformation of Chinese bio pharmaceutical industry,using factor analysis method to evaluate the effect of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;influencing transformation performance of Industrial Science and technology achievements biomedical factors regression analysis,and give some advice to support for the human and capital investment of biopharmaceutical industry.This paper has six chapters:the first part present the background and significance of this paper and the relevant research results;the second part of the system is scientific and technological achievements theory;the third part is to construct the evaluation index system of China's bio pharmaceutical industry transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the existing research constructing evaluation index system of scientific and technological achievements to construct transformation performance of science and technology achievements of China's bio pharmaceutical industry.And using scientific and technological achievements into the performance evaluation factor analysis method;the fourth part analyzes the main factors affecting the performance of China's bio pharmaceutical industry transformation of scientific and technological achievements;the fifth part is the empirical analysis.The relevant data into the index through scientific and technological achievements of China's bio pharmaceutical industry for 1995-2014 years,the performance of transformation of scientific and technological achievements value as the explanatory variable will mainly affect the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the performance factors as explanatory variables.main factors affecting the establishment of regression model to analyze the performance of scientific and technological achievements transformation.The sixth chapter is the advice and countermeasure.This paper gives the effective way to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the biomedical industry in China.
