In recent years,the "to suffer from internal and external anxiety" of rice market in China.The domestic rice production capacity is overcapacity,the grain purchase price is rising,the import rice is cheap and good,and the domestic rice has the tendency to push.At the same time,domestic consumers are not aware of the brand awareness of rice.How to stabilize the loyal consumer and expand the market influence in the rice market with great potential is the problem that every rice production and processing enterprise must face and solve.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the excellent rice marketing strategies at home and abroad through the related theories of marketing and brand image theory.Combining with the rice marketing market of SKI A Agricultural Development Company,this paper analyzed the present situation of the rice marketing strategy of SKIA Agricultural Development Company,and found the existing problems:weak marketing ability,backward marketing mode,superficial joint marketing and so on.In view of these problems,the improvement measures of rice marketing strategy are put forward:strengthening market development ability,intensifying marketing innovation and deepening cooperation.In view of the shortcomings of previous scholars' research on marketing strategies without practice,this paper takes XINGYANG Branch,a subsidiary of SKIA Agricultural Development Company,as an example to set up the practice of rice marketing improvement strategy.Through the practice of rice brand marketing strategy and joint marketing strategy,the practical application effect of the improved marketing strategy was demonstrated.At last,this paper summarizes the marketing strategies of rice for agricultural development in SKIA,points out that it needs to improve the understanding and mechanism,and makes further prospects and suggestions for marketing strategy innovation.
