Recent years,rice selling industry has achieved rapid developments and entered the times of brand consuming with fierce market competition but huge potentialities. How to carry out brand management for the medium and small rice-made enterprises is a project deserving study. The paper carried on the research focus on the marketing policies of Long Fengshan rice Enterprise Beijing Branch Company combining the relevant theories.First,the author set about the paper from the current situation,combining the analysis on the market circumstances,products,price, promotion, marketing channel;Secondly , the author got clear the problems exist in the process of business management;Thirdly,the author exactly found out the opportunities and threats which the enterprise is facing on and made clearly the marketing targets and the thoughts. In the end,the author cleared out the segmentation and the targeting on the finished rice in Beijing selling market through the market positioning,put forward the marketing strategies mix and specific implementation plans,and worked the supporting measures related it.
