With the rapid development in national economy,the development of real estate industry has been the main factors of the national living standard of a country,and an important pillar in our country's economy.China's real estate industry is moving in the direction of rationalization and standardization with the macro control for real estate industry by Ministry of National Resources and the restructuring of the national land marker.As the people's living standards improve,the relation between supply and demand of real estate industry has changed greatly,from short supply gradually transforming into supply over demand,the tendency of commercialization of real estate has grown more prominently.However,the commercialization of real estate still in an early stage,many enterprises cannot keep up with market development.In order to gain the competitiveness,the enterprises must be custom-centered,based on market demand,namely developers must be oriented towards competition,focus on customs,which optimizes enterprise products and realizes the production value of the enterprise in accordance with market demand.Hence,real estate developer needs to improve the strategic significance of marketing and promote self-operation of the enterprise,successfully implement the product-to-commodity to adapt to the change of market demand.This thesis researching on marketing strategy of Midea Real Estate Co.Ltd(Handan),introduces the development of marketing theory,combines with marketing current situation of Midea Real Estate Co.Ltd(Handan)to find the existing problems of marketing in Midea Real Estate Co.Ltd(Handan)by analyzing the macro-environment,micro-environment and enterprises environment of China's real estate industry,and combines with the learned specialized knowledge to put forward the relevant marketing strategies and suggestions.Hope this thesis can make for improving the enterprise's competition of Midea Real estate Development Company(Handan)and provide reference for other similar companies marketing.
