At present, there are two main problems in the supply chain of industrial products.Due to the large volume, uneven standardization and special distribution requirements of industrial products,it still relies on the traditional supply chain mode for operation. There are some problems in this mode, such as the aging of the mode and the poor informatization, which lead to the high risk and cost of enterprises in the chain, and the efficiency can not be improved. On the other hand,it is the external environment.Under the impact of "Internet plus",the network platform gradually participates in the original supply chain system of all walks of life, and the conflicts between the supply chain parties are inevitable. In view of industrial products as an important component of the second industry, the combination of industrial supply chain and Internet platform has a significant impact and significance on the reform of the second industry. How to change the traditional mode, solve the conflict between the network platform and the existing mode, and build a more stable supply chain partnership is an urgent problem to be solved. In view of the above problems, this paper chooses the industrial MRO(non production and operation materials)with high degree of standardization as the research entry point to explore the bridge from the online sales mode of daily necessities to the online sales mode of industrial products.MRO materials have always been famous for their variety. The purchase amount accounts for about 10% of the annual purchase amount. However, the number of related orders and suppliers accounts for more than 50% of the total purchase amount of the company, which takes up a lot of enterprise resources. Moreover, the complexity of MRO materials is high and the management is difficult.MRO suppliers also have many problems, such as small scale, more fake goods, fewer varieties, opaque price and more intermediate links. The old MRO supply chain has lasted for more than 30 years, with many problems such as low efficiency and high cost. How to better combine online network platform to make the supply chain represented by MRO more conducive to the development of the industry in the new era background is the purpose of this paper.First of all,the current situation of MRO supply chain and the existing model are analyzed to summarize the development difficulties.By using the conflict analysis method, the optimal cooperative integration mode is obtained through the stability analysis with the supply chain subject defined in this paper as the research object under several established cooperative modes.Furthermore, under the background of "Internet +" era,the operation characteristics of the original supply chain are analyzed, and it is found that the industrial supply chain shows the characteristics of regionalization and is in a trend of continuous enhancement due to the influence of factors such as intensified industrial agglomeration, block chain technology, reverse logistics and green supply chain. Then, based on the regional features, further put forward the model of supply chain based on third party network platform areas: through a third party network platform of cooperation with regional middlemen, complete information, logistics, personnel and other aspects of the integration of supply chain, with platform and middlemen sales as the main body to maintain supply chain, logistics and after-sales service, such as warehouse system operation,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the MRO supply chain. Finally, the improved Shapley value method is used to redistribute the profits of four MRO supply chain models including the new mode, and make a horizontal comparison. The impact of "Internet plus" on the MRO supply chain is summarized.
