Enterprise Cooperative Game Research Under The Supply Chain Finance Model

During the development process of supply chain management, while the capital management has long been regarded as an important part of its inherent, but has not received the attention it deserves. With the related theory continuing to develop and the practices of some foreign large enterprises and banks in the supply chain management of capital, the concept of the supply chain finance is put forward. Today, supply chain finance can effectively solve the original credit weak SME financing constraints, lack of working capital, accounts receivable and slow recovery, and has become the small and medium enterprises new ways to solve the financing difficulties.The introducing of game theory into the supply chain management is a new research field in recent years, but study achievements of it are quite rare in china. First, this paper systematically explains the theoretical foundation of the supply chain finance, and on this basis, a supplier and a manufacturer component of the supply chain system for background, the two-stage supply chain, use cooperative game theory analysis, the emphasis on the establishment of partnership relations and achieve a "win-win". Second, by using the "prisoner’s dilemma",we establish a general model of supply chain enterprises, and found that cooperation in supply chain is instability. Based on stackelberg game model, we analyze competition and cooperation of two stage supply chain enterprise, and points out that the cooperation can achieve Pareto optimal. Finally we analyze the conflict of supply chain enterprises, and give some advices for the overall income distribution method.
