The Cooperative Evolution Research Of Cluster Enterprise In Supply Chain Network

Along with the rapid development of network technology,the world has entered the information era of knowledge economy.Environment is more complicated,in shorter product cycle requires more diversified and personalized products,individual enterprise is more and more difficult to rely on its own resources to quickly respond to market changes.Companies can be complementary resources,give full play to the enterprise's core competence and competitive advantage,at the same time can save administrative costs,achieve revenue sharing and risk-sharing.Network of supply chain and industrial cluster as a geographically near and industry relevance of space economic organization form,created a favorable platform for the enterprise cooperation.This paper,by using the research method of the ecological system of dynamic evolution,system integration,balance is characteristic of ecological system research method,and paying attention to the liquidity of the system internal liquidity and information resources.This paper,first of all,based on previous studies of industrial cluster and supply chain coupling,analyzes the characteristics of cluster enterprise in supply chain and the organization pattern,then use the perspective of business ecosystem theory,analyses the ecological property of cluster enterprise supply chain network evolution process,emphasizes the cluster enterprises in a supply chain system integration of external resources,the necessity of the coordinated development,and cooperation benefits and costs.Finally,the ecological evolution game theory model was used to simulate the development principle of cooperation between enterprises and evolutionary path,and analyzes the influencing factors of cooperative game,for further integration of resources to improve cooperation between enterprises cluster development ability provides the relevant advice.The cooperation evolution of cluster enterprise in the supply chain network game result is as follows:the transverse evolution of enterprise cooperation results depends on the coordination between the return on assets of the enterprise and enterprise benefit.If co-operation strategy produced by the return on assets is not less than 1,or coordinate the income is enough to make up the profit of the enterprise and the difference between the total amount of investment,the evolution of the relationship between enterprise behavior results for cooperation.Longitudinal relationship of enterprise cooperation and coordination evolution results income,cost,cooperation benefit related cooperation,when coordinating the income,the greater the cooperation profit,the greater the smaller cost of cooperation,system to the evolution of cooperation.Regardless of the relationship between the transverse or longitudinal enterprise and evolution,and cooperation both sides if they pay attention to long-term returns,whether to have confidence in future earnings is related to the degree of risk preference and collaborators.
